Are you really giving free plan forever ?
There are two versions of the free trial.
- Life time free version which has limited features.
- 15-day trial of premium subscription.
What is the subscription period?
At the moment we offer monthly billing cycles. A monthly billing cycle starts on the day (x) subscription is bought and ends on the x-1 day of the following month.
Do you charge sales tax?
The price shown in table is excluding sales tax. Depending on your billing address, sales tax is added to subscription cost in the checkout page.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel the subscription from customer portal or by raising a support ticket through customer portal.
Is there a trial period for paid subscription?
Yes. You can try paid subscription for 15 day for free, without the need to add credit card detail. If you require more information, we are happy to set up a demo for you.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Subscription plans are renewed automatically. If you don’t want to be billed, you can cancel your subscription before the expiration date otherwise the system will bill your card automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all types of credit cards. We currently do not accept cheques or direct transfers.
Users Vs Viewers
Users can do everything from connecting to a data source, to publishing workbooks to Grafieks Cloud, based on permission granted to him/her by admin. Unique identifier of a user is his/her email id.
Viewers can only view and interact with dashboards.
